100 ml Vinegar
6 gerezd Garlic
3 db Bay leaves
5 g Black peppercorns
250 ml Water
10 g Sugar
1 db Onion
30 ml Olive oil

    Cut the pork belly into large cubes and set aside. Slice the onion and mince the garlic.

    In a bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and half of the minced garlic. Add the pork cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.

    Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté the onions and the remaining garlic until fragrant.

    Add the marinated pork, including the marinade, to the pot. Cook until the pork starts to brown slightly.

    Pour in the water, add bay leaves and black peppercorns. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer uncovered for 40-50 minutes until the pork is tender and the sauce has thickened.

    Adjust the seasoning to taste with additional soy sauce or vinegar if needed. Serve hot with steamed rice.
